Selected for a newly created strategic role aimed at improving access to competitive financing and strengthening project governance. This position integrates my background in incorporation and documentation with new expertise in engineering, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.

• Part of a highly skilled team responsible for guiding, receiving, and organizing technical information for over 100 projects per year — breaking them down into key product characteristics, macro engineering solutions, accessibility and social compliance, parametric budgeting, required approvals, environmental efficiency, safety measures, legal due diligence, commercial goals, and main risks. These documents are presented to "Caixa Econimca Federal (CEF)" and other financial institutions to secure funding and partnership.
• Designed and implemented a quality control stage for critical deliverables to prevent inconsistencies, missing information, or substandard submissions that could compromise financing processes.
• Identified and flagged cross-disciplinary risks early, especially those that were not clearly communicated across departments, and coordinated mitigation actions. Acted as a liaison among Engineering, Legal, Incorporation, Product Development, and Finance to resolve issues impacting project financing.
• Provided weekly status updates and risk reports to the CFO, and participated in monthly review meetings with Commercial and Incorporation leadership.
• Supported internal and cross-department resource prioritization across the national project portfolio, balancing stakeholder demands, and strategic needs.

Promoted to lead the same team I had supported as a Senior Analyst, I became responsible for a portfolio of 26 large-scale residential developments (7,000+ units) in Rio de Janeiro, in different lifecycle stages by supporting technical information and overseeing execution, scope alignment, and strategic delivery.

• Led a team of five architects and engineers, aligning efforts and professional development with company goals.

My responsibilities increased as I took charge of Rio de Janeiro’s most technically complex and high-investment residential developments, with greater engagement in cross-department discussions, and support.

Motivated by the opportunity to deepen my technical understanding of engineering, which I recognized as a vulnerability, I joined one of Brazil’s largest construction companies, integrating high-performance teams that support large-scale developments (around 300 to 500 residential units each), by delivering technically sound and cost-effective engineering solutions, supporting construction teams, and facilitating integration between on-site needs and specialized project consultants.

• Defined engineering scope needed to each Real Estate Development across the 26 disciplines organized by the department, including structure, MEP, geotech, and HVAC.
• Hired and managed external consultants, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Reviewed and aligned interdisciplinary designs to avoid on-site conflicts.
• Acted as a liaison between site teams and consultants to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintained project documentation and communication using Monday.com, BIM 360, Excel, and Power BI.

Progressing from a technical architectural role, I was selected to supervise the internal team of architects and part of the company portfolio, marking my first steps toward project management, which motivated me to pursue PMP certification.

Building on my earlier experience with regulatory analysis, I transitioned into a full-time architect role, applying technical and legal requirements to feasibility studies and project design. I worked on residential, commercial, retail, and large-scale developments.

• Conducted zoning and site constraint evaluations to inform design feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Produced detailed project drawings and specifications using ArchiCAD (BIM), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
