  • Managing sample development and customized samples ,in charge of technical function such as pattern validation ,sewing construction ,method confirmation.
  • Planning ,organizing, and monitoring the sample making process to ensure timely production. Provide technical advise ,suggestions and support in carrying out sample production.
  • Collaborate with sewing technicians and QA to provide technical guidance for problems that arise throughout the bulk manufacturing process.
  • Ensure the production requirements work closely with other related teams such as the folder technician ,mechanics, and IE teams to create new folders to reduce SMV and improve quality.
  • Working directly with France technical people and design team
  • Ensure all comments to the france team are legible and understood
  • Risk Assess garments from conception through to delivery; agreeing manufacturing methods that are achievable in bulk production and result in a product that will perform to all requirements after purchase
  • Ensuring all technical issues are accurately and consistently analyzed and that clear, concise and accurate comments are sent to france team

  • Support development GMT to ensure tech packs are prepared and completed to hand over to the factory on time and in line with the PPM date

  • All PP and TOP samples are pre-fitted on the customer mannequin before sending to ZS or the customer. Fit logs must accompany all samples.
  • On moulded products, make and sign off cups mock ups for factory standards. Approving the Top sample .
  • Critical Path: Ensure that all seals process/tests are achieved at each stage to critical path dates.
  • Ensure testing spreadsheets & risk assessments are sent to the factories ,Monitor & review all teammates’ performance, training needs & provide appropriate guidance. Build strong relationships with the factories and customers.
  • Work closely with merchants and supplier for printing and embroidery styles.
